Jira Admin
This course contains all the main topics that you need to know in order to get started as a Jira Administrator. The course is divided into two main parts: Basic Jira Admin with many hands-on exercises, and advanced Jira Admin.
The course includes 7 sessions of 4 hours, total of 28 hours (including breaks)
Intended Audience: The course is intended for Jira users with no admin experience, or beginner Jira admins that want to improve their knowledge and learn it in an orderly manner. For experienced admins it’s possible to register only to the advanced part.
Prerequisites: Some experience with Jira as a regular user

Jira Users
The course contains all the main topics that you need to know in order to get started as a Jira User. The course gives a panoramic view of the tool and its capabilities so you will make the most of it.
The course includes 2 sessions of 4 hours, total of 8 hours.
Intended Audience: The course is intended for people that are not familiar at all with Jira, or for beginner Jira users that want to improve their knowledge and learn it in an orderly manner

Jira Dashboards
The course will give you the knowledge to get the most out of your native Jira Dashboard Gadgets. Those gadgets are quite powerful and it’s possible to create very informative dashboards with them. In the course we’ll show some interesting examples of such dashboards

Agile Scrum with Jira & Confluence
The course contains all the main topics that you need to know in order to effectively and efficiently use Jira and Confluence as tools for implementing Agile Scrum practices. The course will give you a panoramic view of the methodology and tools so they will make the most of it and be able to implement Scrum practices correctly.

EazyBI for Jira
The course contains all the main topics that you need to know in order to get started as a user of EazyBI app in Jira and get a panoramic view of the app and its capabilities so that you will be able to start producing sophisticated reports and dashboards. The basic part is focused on learning the basic functionality of the app to allow you preparing reports, charts and dashboards without writing any user defined measures, only by drag-and-drop. The advanced part is focused on introduction to writing calculated measures, and presents examples of even more sophisticated configurations and alternatives for creating complex reports and making them more efficient.
